There are a number of benefits that previously would have qualified you for grant assistance under ECO3 but are no longer part of the ECO4 scheme. These benefits that are no longer included in the ECO4 eligibility criteria include War Pensions Mobility Supplement, Ministry of Justice Benefits, and Armed Forces Independence Payment.
